Your role
- Durchführung, Beurteilung, Dokumentation und Freigabe von cGMP-relevanten In-Prozess-Kontrollen
- Freigabeanalytik von Rohstoffen, Zwischen- und Endprodukten und Stabilitätsmustern mittels instrumenteller Chromatographie (HPLC, UPLC, GC, GC-HS)
- Anwendung von nasschemischen Methoden (Karl-Fischer-Bestimmungen, Titrationen, DC, pH-Messungen, optische Drehung, DSC, Farbe und Klarheit der Lösung sowie Korngrössenverteilung (Helos und Malvern))
- Verantwortung für die Qualifizierung und Kontrolle der eingesetzten Laborgeräte
- Spezialaufgabe des Schichtlabors: Entgegennahme und Weiterleitung von Notfallalarmen
- Zusätzlicher Verantwortungsbereich: Durchführung von Umweltanalytik mittels POX
Your profile
Fachkenntnisse
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Chemielaborant/in EFZ
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Analytik und in der chemischen Qualitätskontrolle
- Bereitschaft Schichtarbeit zu leisten (4-Schichtsystem)
- Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im GMP Labor Umfeld
- Idealerweise gute Kenntnisse in Laborsoftware wie Chromeleon oder Empower
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich)
