Clinical Support Specialist Orthopaedics- German-speaking part of Switzerland
For the area of Orthopaedics / Joint Reconstruction, we are looking for a consultant and communicative personality as a Clinical Support Specialist with immediate effect or by appointment. Are you aiming to take the step into a dynamic, economic environment? We offer a motivated, committed person a versatile task in a dynamic, modern company.
As a proven specialist, you will advise your contact persons such as orthopaedists, operating room managers and the operating room staff in hospitals and clinics during orthopaedic procedures (joint reconstruction). In close cooperation with the sales consultants, you will play a central role in the coordination, organization and correct application of high-quality and innovative products. In doing so, you will identify business opportunities at an early stage and forward the relevant information to the sales consultant.
Objectives of the position:
- Advising your clients before, during and after procedures in the orthopaedics / joint reconstruction clinic
- Logistical coordination of interventions
- Organisation and implementation of further training events (workshops, customer training) for clinical staff and medical professionals
- Build long-term customer relationships with physicians, operating room staff, and other decision-makers
- Optimize inventory management and increase logistical efficiency
Your profile:
- Completed training as a technical or surgical specialist (scrub nurse) not a must but an advantage
- A couple of years of experience in the medical and surgical environment
- Solid and comprehensive knowledge of surgery and orthopaedics
- Strong service orientation and professional appearance
- Distinctly customer‑focused mindset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High flexibility and willingness to travel in your region
- Determination, self-motivation and willingness to perform
- Creativity and willingness to change
- Independent, integrity, dynamic, resilient and entrepreneurial personality
- German at native speaker level and good English skills
- Sound MS Office skills

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
