Position overview
The Supply Chain Senior Finance Analyst role in Zuchwil supports mainly the Orthopedics/ TECA Supply Chain global organization as well as other DPS platforms that are hosted within the DACH SC entities. The role requires high focus on using new technologies to make information readily available in a standardized manner to Sr. Leadership. It also requires a high level of motivation, confidence and fast-paced learning. It is an extraordinary opportunity to be integrated and learn in a high-performance team and develop supply chain business insights. The role offers insights and exposure in multiple source archetypes, including Internal and External Make.
Tasks & Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:
• You drive financial planning, analysis, and projections for Quality DACH, as well as Platform Spend for TECA.
• You lead the Headcount exercise (actuals, plan) and develop ways to collaborate effectively with team members.
• You are analysing past, current and future forecast financial data and performance and preparing comprehensive reports that are considered in the decision making process.
• You supervise departments’ expenses, including people and project costs.
• You support efforts for driving finance improvements.
• You maintain the highest compliance standards while processing day-to-day tasks and assigned monthly/quarterly journal entries.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Validated finance background and experience (required).
• Very good level of spoken and written English (required).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (required) and Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills, reliability and attention to details.
• Strong problem-solving skills and autonomous working.
• Committed and able to work in a diverse environment.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
