As licensed B1 or B2 Aircraft Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our fleet and ensuring top-tier performance. Collaborate with your team, uphold high standards, and take on thrilling assignments at home and abroad. Join us and elevate aviation excellence!
- Perform Maintenance: Dive into hands-on work with SWISS, Edelweiss, and customer aircraft, tackling A-Checks, major modifications, damage assessments, repairs, and troubleshooting. Use your expertise to release aircraft back into service with precision.
- Evaluate Repairs: Assess work orders, determining the required man hours, materials, and skills to ensure efficient and effective outcomes.
- Coordinate Tasks: Keep work orders updated and collaborate closely with your superior to streamline operations.
- Quality Assurance: Issue detailed reports of work, ensuring all tasks and paperwork meet high-quality standards and comply with regulations.
- Global Assignments: Embark on thrilling AOG assignments abroad, making a significant impact on SWISS and Edelweiss aircraft operation.

Are you an expert B1 or B2 Aircraft Engineer with a strong background in modern aircraft types? SWISS is looking for dedicated professionals who thrive on precision and bring a high level of professionalism and positive attitude to our team.
- Extensive experience in aircraft maintenance as a B1 and/or B2 engineer
- EASA Part 66 AML B1.1 and/or B2. Proficiency in one or more of the following aircraft types: A220, A320, A330, A340, A350, and B777 would be advantageous
- Fluent language skills in English, with German being an advantageous asset
- Capability to work efficiently in a two-shift system, encompassing early and late shifts (Monday to Friday)
- Proven ability to thrive as a team player, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and enjoying a multinational working environment
- Strong commitment and loyalty towards SWISS, showcasing dedication to the company's values and mission
