Location: Canton Zurich (Hybrid)

We’ve partnered with a well-established hospital group in the region to recruit an Application Manager in Healthcare. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ensuring that medical applications, devices, and systems operate reliably and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the reliable operation of selected medical applications and systems.
• Maintain applications through regular updates and implement system changes.
• Work with clinical teams on the introduction and development of medical applications.
• Connect and integrate new medical devices into the network and application environment.
• Provide support and manage service requests.
• Contribute to projects and take ownership of initiatives.

Candidate profile

• A degree in medical informatics (or equivalent), or substantial experience as an application manager in a clinical or hospital environment – hospital/clinical experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of medical devices and experience of integrating them would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with medical communication and data exchange standards is advantageous.
• Experience managing IT systems and applications.
• Willingness to provide occasional support for hardware-related issues.
• Fluent in German (written and verbal), with a solid working knowledge of English.
• A proactive, creative, reliable and collaborative approach.
