For our client, a successful Global Corporate & Investment Bank, we are looking for an Associate to join their successful European Sector Team in Frankfurt, Germany.

The role will include:

• executing international M&A cross-border transactions
• keeping up to date about global sector developments, M&A, equity and debt related issues
• identify and support with business development opportunities
• assessing company valuations, developing DCF, LBO models
• coordination and supervision of junior team members

The position requires a self-confident person who is a highly motivated and reliable self-starter; with strong willingness to learn as well as:

• 3 to 6 years experience in Investment Banking / Corporate Finance or within a top-tier management consulting company with a focus on M&A
• very good modeling and analytical skills, ability to handle valuation reports with all relevant methodologies
• ability to train and mentor more junior colleagues
• excellent Bachelor or Master’s degree with a focus on Finance or Business Administration
