What would your role be?

• Avaloq parameterization in our core banking system, Avaloq, with a primary focus on Stock Exchange (STEX) and additional involvement in Collateral Management (SLB, REPO).
• Work in the same team as the specialists in the Transaction Banking unit and the Operation Services department.
• Drive developments forward together with the specialists and business analysts, bring new ideas and innovations, and pursue the shared goals of client satisfaction, quality improvement, efficiency gains, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Focus on solution design with the specialists or business analysts, as well as programming, parameterization, and testing.

What are we looking for?

• Several years of software engineering experience in the banking and finance sector.
• Relevant Avaloq parameterization experience and a willingness to continuously acquire new knowledge in this area.
• Enthusiasm for new technologies, agile working methods, and the ability to take responsibility.
• Very good communication skills in English and German are mandatory.
• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to take ownership of your work and personal growth.
• Good analytical skills, solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently.
