The IP Proposition Development team is a strategic enabler of the IP portfolio. Working closely with the IP Sponsor and IP Leadership Team, the team drives key initiatives and projects that shape the future of the business. With strong international exposure, it partners across regions and functions — including underwriting, operations, finance, and technology.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements

• Successfully completed university degree (Bachelor, Master, or PhD) ideally in Economics, Finance or Management
• Financial, business acumen and numbers affinity, understanding of insurance/reinsurance business
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling messages
• Curiosity, motivation, and an entrepreneurial mindset, combined with a strong focus on goal achievement and a sense of ownership
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). PowerBI is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage a wide variety of stakeholders. Excellent oral and written English skills

The base salary range for this position will be shared with you during the interview process.
