Are you ready to take on a pivotal role within our Global IT Organization?As member of the IT Chief of Staff team you play a fundamental and influential role strengthening our day-by-day activities within our IT division. You work together with senior IT leadership and collaborate with key stakeholders to shape and execute our transformative changes, planning and administrative processes, and make a lasting impact on our organization. This is a unique and exciting position that gives you a great insight of the IT organization as such, being empowered to identify and tackle change opportunities and to commonly take the next step facing huge and exciting IT challenges coming up on a global scale.
YOUR CHALLENGE
Support in Planning & Tracking key initiatives
- Collect, validate, and structure data from various systems and stakeholders to enable effective planning and support decision-making processes
- Prepare, maintain, and update workforce and resource planning trackers and assist in preparing data for ad-hoc requests
- Help identifying data discrepancies and structure remediation actions
- Perform recurring data quality checks, maintain oversight of planning documents, and ensure consistency across dashboards and trackers
Support in Organisational Change Management
- Assist in background research and preparation of decision-making documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Contribute with actionable ideas to continuously improve our department and modern ways of working
Support in Communication
- Assist in consolidating presentation materials and contents for project/board meetings, townhalls, etc.
- Support internal communication execution (reports, articles, etc.), ensuring consistency and timeliness of content delivery
- Support coordination of internal / external initiatives at global level (incl. hackathons etc.)
- Maintain structured documentation repositories and ensure accurate and timely documentation of IT-internal processes and key materials
- Track implementation of organizational change initiatives in collaboration with departments, follow-up on action items and update trackers
Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication and storytelling skills to convey complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to present ideas, strategies, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
- Strategic thinking: Ability to think strategically and align IT initiatives with overall business objectives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex IT challenges
- Financial acumen: Solid understanding of financial concepts and IT controlling principles. Ability to conduct financial analysis, develop budgets, and optimize IT investments together with our IT Controlling unit
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Prior experience in a similar role or environment, preferably within a global IT corporation, is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
