In P&C Operations, we are the experts in how the firm operates and drive changes to ensure future-oriented solutions and excellent client experience. Payment Service operations aims to ensure operational stability and implement payments solution for UBS clients for the future with 100% STP.

We are looking for a Business Tester to:
• execute end-to-end acceptance tests, including defect management and tracking.
• create acceptance test scenarios and cases for new releases according to the release scope.
• reconcile closely with functional experts and analysts across to understand requirements and scenarios to test.
• create test data for use cases (new contracts, business relationships, and accounts).
• collaborate closely with IT testing teams.
• drive test automation topics.
• communicate with stakeholders: act as a liaison between business stakeholders, testers, business analysts, and developers to ensure high-quality end-to-end testing.
• identify opportunities for process improvement.

Your team

You will be working within Global Payments Service Management team, which is responsible for end-to-end testing of payment workflows from both client and business perspectives and provides sign-off for go-live. The team interacts closely with all Service- and Functional Mgmt. experts, IT testing teams, business analysts, and other internal UBS stakeholders.
The team is based in Opfikon.

Your expertise

• fluent in English and German.
• over 3 years of experience in testing, test analysis and defect management.
• expertise in payments, particularly SIC, SEPA, and market clearing is a plus.
• exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
• strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex topics.
• project – and process management expertise, including experience with agile delivery.
• proactive, with a growth mindset and a can-do attitude.
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all departments and levels, both internally and externally.
