Your mission & challenges
In our humanoid robotics department, we are looking for several outstanding humanoid robot developers and an administrator to keep everything up and running. This includes:
- Administration, maintenance, and optimization of the CAD, PLM, and PDM systems (CREO, Solidworks, NX, Windchill)
- Creation and maintenance of assembly, template, and standard libraries
- Supporting development engineers in CAD, PLM, PDM, and design processes
- Setting up and managing CAD licenses, user rights, and permissions
- Installing, updating, and patch managing CAD software and development environments
- Taking on IT responsibility for workstations, servers, networks, and peripheral devices in the development area
- Error analysis and troubleshooting for hardware and software problems
- Ensuring data security, backup strategies, and version control
Training and support for employees in CAD and IT applications - Support for IT projects, migrations, and the integration of new tools into the development process
What we can look forward to
Must-have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- Proven experience administering CREO, Solidworks, NX, and/or Windchill
Strong knowledge of PLM/PDM data structures, versioning, workflows, and release processes - Experience creating and managing CAD templates, assembly structures, and standard part libraries
- Experience with software installation, updates, and patch management for CAD and engineering software
- Competence in managing CAD licenses, floating license servers, user roles, and permissions
- Solid understanding of Windows workstations, engineering servers, and peripheral devices
- Knowledge of networking basics (LAN, VPN, DNS, firewall concepts)
- Familiarity with backup strategies, data security best practices, and version control systems
- Understanding of server environments (Windows & Linux Server)
Nice-to-have:
- Certifications in CAD/PLM systems (e.g., PTC, Siemens, Dassault Systèmes)
- Experience in robotics, mechanical design, or hardware development teams
- Knowledge of scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell, VBScript, or similar)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines or integration of CAD tools into automated workflows
- Knowledge of API usage or customizations for PLM systems (e.g., Windchill customization)
