What is this job about?

We are looking for a Causal AI Engineer to work on our MAS analytics products. You will have the opportunity to transform cutting-edge research into a product that is deployed in factories around the globe. You will have the responsibility to develop the conceptual design, implementation, testing, and deployment. We expect you to be self-driven, eager to learn, and grow with our company in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop causal ML algorithms and solve challenging problems.

• Hands-on software development.

• Work on our AI analytics platform for manufacturing data.

• Use EthonAI's tools to provide proofs of value and additional insights to customers.

• Work cross-functionally with product engineering and R&D help us perfect our platform and product offering.

• Take end to end ownership of the development and implementation of our analytics algorithms.

Your Experience & Skills

• You hold an academic PhD or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Machine Learning or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience with causal machine learning.

• Strong expertise in algorithm development and/or machine learning.

• Familiarity with classical statistics and data science.

• Proficiency in Python.

• SQL and database knowledge is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.

• Strong motivation to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
