Intro
We are looking for a motivated professional to manage and grow both our strategic partnerships and a portfolio of key corporate clients. The focus will be on expanding relationships with key partners such as treasury management systems, ERP providers, and other fintech platforms, while also ensuring the successful development of assigned corporate client accounts. This dual responsibility requires strong relationship skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to work proactively in an international B2B environment.
Tasks
- Manage and grow strategic partnerships with software providers such as TMS, ERP systems, and fintech platforms
- Identify, approach, and onboard new partners to expand our ecosystem
- Manage and further develop a defined portfolio of corporate clients
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within both partner and client relationships
- Negotiate and maintain partnership and client agreements
- Develop and support joint sales and marketing initiatives with partners
- Represent Fides at industry events, trade shows, and partner/client meetings
- Conduct market and competitive research to support partnership and client strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partner and client initiatives
Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor’s or higher)
- 5+ years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Strategic Partnerships, or Business Development – ideally in SaaS, fintech, treasury, or financial services
- Proven track record in managing accounts and driving growth through partnerships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of self-motivation and resilience
- Quick to learn and work with new technical applications and business processes
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); prior experience with treasury systems or ERP platforms is a plus
