We are seeking a passionate Developer/Solutions Engineer for our Client Tax Reporting Systems team

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Develop and enhance based on business requirements or operational depth in our Client Tax Reporting environment

• Maintain and improve our data interfaces from BJB booking centers, data providers, import and exports including the necessary data
  mapping and rule setup in our Client Tax Reporting environment

• Support business requests in daily work with analysis, solutions/advice and corrections if necessary

• Define and execute data migrations

• Execute complex data queries for analysis and data corrections

• Develop, optimize and support Oracle PLSQL scripts

• Monitor the daily processes and support correction of incidents as L3 support

• Setup and execution of release deployments

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field

• Min 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the financial industry

• Very good understanding of software design/development/customization processes

• Capability to analyze complex and poorly defined problems related to the application and provide solutions independently

• Experience in the design of service architecture & integration

• Strong understanding of Client tax reporting standards and regulations

• Hands on experience with Oracle-DB, SQL, and PL-SQL

• Current experience with Dataiku, Tableau and platform Modernization as well as, experience in Unix System Management and JBoss

• Configuration Management and Deployment Automation especially with Bitbucket, Nexus, Jenkins, Octopus

• Previous working knowledge in an agile environment with Jira

• Experience in incident management 3rd level support

• Skilled knowledge of requirements engineering and translation of business requirements into IT solution design

• Familiarity with the standard software EasyTax would be
  considered a strong asset

• Team player and the ability to collaborate, listen and exchange ideas

• Commitment and passion to deliver high quality solutions with
  reasonable amount of effort

• Focused on delivering solutions (can do attitude)
