Your challenge
Editing & Content Creation (cross-channel)
Research, conception and editing of journalistic articles for internal and external channels (including website/online, newslet-ter, publications, customer and employee publications)
Preparation of topics in different formats: articles, short formats, Q&As, teasers, social snippets (corporate)
Quality assurance: language, structure, tonality, consistency – from the idea to the final publishing
Cooperation with internal departments as well as external authors/service providers (briefing, management, quality control)
Working in the Newsroom
Collaboration in topic and channel planning (editorial calendar), prioritization and implementation of communication packages
Assume a role in the newsroom depending on your needs and strengths profile (e.g. editor, content producer, channel or topic responsibility)
Coordination of votes and approvals in a regulated environment (incl. relevant interfaces)
Project and topic communication
Communication support for strategic projects and initiatives (internal/external), including communication plans, core messages and implementation modules
Press Relations (Support)
Development of communication materials such as Q&As, text modules and factsheets as well as secure management of implementation with various stakeholders
Your profile
Journalistic training (e.g. MAZ, Ringier School of Journalism) or completed university degree in communication/economics/marketing – in each case with sound editorial experience
Several years of experience in corporate communications/content, ideally in the financial services environment or a similarly regulated context
Very strong editorial competence: clear, precise, structured – even for complex topics and short timelines
Experience with digital channels and publishing; Ideally, knowledge of SEO/UX writing as well as editorial workflows (e.g. topic planning, approvals, quality assurance)
Project management and prioritization strength in a multi-stakeholder environment; Ability to control topics confidently and implement them pragmatically
German at native speaker level, very good written and spoken English
Working style: independent, reliable, team-oriented, high quality standards and enjoyment of cooperation
