Tasks

As a Content Producer, you own and scale the visual voice of Future Kitchens®. You turn our brands, products, and people into engaging short form content that drives awareness, appetite, and culture. From TikTok to Instagram Reels, you create content that feels native, fast, and authentic.

This is a hands on role at the intersection of creativity, brand, and performance. You manage content end to end, from idea to shoot to edit to publish, and help make Future Kitchens® one of the most recognizable food brands in digital channels.

What you will do:

• Own TikTok and Instagram Reels content for Future Kitchens® and its brands
• Develop content ideas, formats, and series that fit platform trends and our brand DNA
• Produce short form videos end to end including filming, editing, captions, and posting
• Create high quality product shots and videos of burgers, Pizza, sides, and specials
• Capture behind the scenes content in kitchens, launches, shoots, and team moments
• Work closely with Marketing, Brand, and Founder to translate campaigns into content
• Ensure visual consistency across brands while keeping content platform native
• Manage a structured content calendar and publish consistently across channels
• Analyze basic performance metrics and iterate formats based on what performs
• Support campaigns, launches, collabs, and promotions with strong visual assets

This role is critical to building brand love, cultural relevance, and top of mind awareness for Future Kitchens® across digital platforms.

Requirements

What you bring:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a similar creative role in a fast paced environment
• Proven experience creating short form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Strong skills in filming, editing, and photoshooting, ideally with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom, or similar
• A strong eye for food, visuals, and composition, especially product shots of burgers and food
• Experience planning and executing photo and video shoots, from setup and lighting to final assets
• Ability to create high quality product photos for menus, campaigns, and platforms
• Experience managing content end to end from idea to shoot to edit to publish
• Good understanding of social media trends, formats, hooks, and platform native storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple content pieces and shoots in parallel with structure and ownership
• Hands on mindset with a willingness to be on site in kitchens, shoots, and events
• Basic understanding of performance metrics such as views, watch time, engagement, and iteration based on results
• Strong attention to detail in visuals, branding, captions, and timing
• Strong communication skills in English, German a plus
• Reliable, proactive, and self organized with a strong sense of responsibility
