We are looking for a Country Business Finance Head f/m/d in Horgen (Switzerland). In this role you are acting as sparring partner for the Swiss Management Team in all strategic and commercial subjects. Thanks to your skills, you oversee the current performance and identify potential risk and opportunities for all Divisions in the country.
Your To Dos:
- Partner with the Country President and the Business Leaders by supporting and challenging the business by delivering expected performance, also animate the quarterly forecast cycle and mid-term strategic planning
- Based on action-oriented financial analysis and insights, optimize profitability through identification of opportunities and mitigation of financial risks
- Bring in your capacity to get the big picture while managing complexity working and collaborating in a matrix organization
- Together with the Accounting team, ensure that policies and processes are in place to guarantee a robust internal control environment and local requirements are fulfilled
- Partner with members of the Finance community in the DACH Zone to contribute and implement local and global initiatives

Your Profile:
- Long years’ experience of finance background and project management experience
- Ability to drive a high-performance culture with a strong Business Finance and/or Accounting professional background
- First experience in a leadership role
- Team player to put in place collaborative climate and leadership in terms of effective communication
- Ability to influence and convince
- High analytical skills and active contribution to change projects
- Effective communication in English. German and/or French will be highly appreciated
