Creative Content & Social Media Coordinator (Entry-Level)
A Gen‑Z‑minded, passionate creator to grow La Prairie’s digital voice.
Role Purpose
We are looking for a creative, socially fluent, highly plugged‑in junior profile who lives and breathes social media and cultural trends. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career—curious, passionate, active across platforms, and eager to create beautiful, engaging content that elevates La Prairie’s desirability among emerging and existing luxury consumers.
Rather than a senior strategist, we seek a hands-on creator: someone who can spot what's trending, translate it into La Prairie‑appropriate ideas, create content quickly, and help grow our global social media presence with energy and style.
This role supports the Global Creative and the Communication team under the supervision of the VP Communication & Image.
How You Will Create a Beautiful Impact
Trend Detection & Inspiration Sharing
- Stay immersed in digital culture, social platforms, emerging aesthetics, and new content formats.
- Detect and analyze key cultural and social media trends and share concise inspiration updates with the team.
- Help bring forward-looking ideas that support creative and strategic planning.
Social Media & Editorial Calendar Support
- Contribute to building and maintaining the global content and social media calendar (capsules, captions editing…)
- Help ensure timely planning, coordination, and alignment with global campaigns and moments.
Content Creation & Agile Production
- Creation of luxury‑aligned content across formats: short video, reels, livestreams, mobile-first content,
- Bring a strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail, making sure everything feels luxury and true to the brand universe
Community Engagement & Social Storytelling
- Assist with global community‑management guidelines and best practices.
- Write social captions, SEO‑friendly copy, and clear, engaging storytelling tailored for each platform.
Social Channel Monitoring & Insights
- Track platform performance indicators (engagement, reactions, trends) and support competitive benchmarking.
- Share insights on what formats and narratives resonate and propose optimizations based on learnings.
Collaboration Across Teams
- Work closely with Creative, Marketing, Retail, and Digital teams to support cohesive storytelling across channels.
- Help coordinate asset delivery and ensure smooth collaboration between global and regional teams.
Brand Sensitivity & Luxury Codes
- Understand La Prairie’s visual universe, tone, and luxury positioning, ensuring that all content aligns with brand standards.
- Support the balance between maintaining brand purity and pushing creativity in the digital landscape.
Experience & Skills
- First experience or apprenticeship in Social Media, Content Creation, Communication, or Digital Marketing.
- A strong personal passion for social media—active user, trend follower, content consumer/creator.
- Proven ability to build or support social media calendars.
- Skilled in image & video editing and mobile-first content creation (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Proficient in using AI tools for high-end content creation and post-production to enhance visual storytelling
- Eye for aesthetics, detail, and luxury codes.
- Creative mindset with strong writing and storytelling abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Languages
- Fluent English; French or German is a strong plus.
