In this role you will support the studio in campaign development and product operations.

How you will create a beautiful impact:

CAMP :

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, digital, retail, VM, Comms to ensure cohesive strategy and execution
• Follow up with meetings presentation and minutes
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints with the Creative Services Manager
• Enforce brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive brand image

PROD:

• Receive the brief from product marketing team, and then revise for external or internal AD
• Coordinate with business and Process & Planning Team briefs flow to Studio and planning for deliveries
• Collaborate with Art Directors, & 360 departments, ensuring response to the brief, delivery on time
• Support production pitch preparation
• Preproduction preparation support: products collection and distribution, support to coordinate and prepare needed collaterals etc
• Follow up of the project timings with post-production
• Support approval and delivery of the assets with the departments

ADMIN:

• Invoicing management with suppliers
• Invoicing registration
• Contracts preparation and follow up the signature process

What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:

• Min 2 years working experience, preferably in Marketing and/or Creative field
• Good communications skills
• Good organizational skills
• Proficiency in English
