The successful candidate will report to the Head CRO Business Management and collaborate closely with the CRO colleagues in Switzerland and globally.YOUR CHALLENGE
Manage daily tasks and requests from the Chief Risk Officer, divisional leadership team, and other key stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner
Plan and execute internal events for senior management, including international town halls, on-/off-sites, and conferences, ensuring seamless delivery and minimal supervision
Assist the Head of CRO Business Management in preparing materials for submission to internal governing bodies, such as the Executive Board, Board of Directors, and Management Committees, incl. taking minutes
Lead and support cross-divisional projects and task forces in close collaboration with the CRO leadership team and senior management, driving initiatives forward with independence and autonomy
Prepare high-quality content for the CRO, including internal and external presentations, briefings, and special topic research, accompanied by relevant data and insights
Collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders to gather information, synthesise findings into executive summaries, and present data in a clear and concise visual format, while also crafting talking points to support key messages
Support the management, control, forecasting, and budgeting of the CRO Division's Run-the-Bank and Change-the-Bank budget, incl. ad-hoc analyses related to cost management and workforce planning, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial stewardship
YOUR PROFILE
University degree or other higher education, preferably in Business Administration or Banking and Finance
At least 2 - 4 years’ experience as financial generalist in the financial industry
Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Very good communicative skills; fluent in English and German
Open for new challenges and willingness to learn
Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
Proactive and ability to work independently on own initiative
Team-oriented as well as able to lead and motivate others
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure and react positively in the face of change
