About the role

Our ITD Infrastructure & Operations team is looking to strengthen its workforce and is currently seeking a profile capable of managing multiple projects in parallel in a role that requires a high level of rigor and organization. You will work closely with various internal teams as well as with clients. Fluency in German, French and English is essential, and you will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment.

What you’ll be doing
  • Gives the best possible customer service to Colleagues
  • Responsible for overall customer feedback
  • Represent the interest of the users who will use project/program outputs
  • Represent interest in vendor service reviews
  • Drive operationally the on-site services and quality
  • SPOC for Escalations including VIP
  • Drive vendors through DSAT / KPIs / SLAs / XLAs review and improvement plans
About you
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an IT Infrastructure and Operations environment
  • ITIL and Project Management certified (knowledge / experience)
  • Strong overall IT work experience is required
  • Strong Collaboration Tools technology knowledge
  • Strong Soft Skills in communication, orchestration and programmatic working method
  • Fluent in English and German, with knowledge of French
