Our Life Sciences Advisory team provides strategic support to our clients to help them manage risk, enhance performance and evolve business, technological, and operational processes. We work with a broad variety of organisations from some of the world’s foremost multinational life sciences companies to pre-clinical biotech firms and medical device manufacturers.
As a Director within our Risk, Regulatory and Forensic practice, you will develop and apply your knowledge of relevant regulations, guidelines, methodologies and principles to help our clients develop, improve and transform key business operations spanning the product lifecycle. You can expect to work on a wide range of projects in the areas of ethics, corporate and healthcare compliance, anti-bribery and corruption, and risk management.

- Lead the shaping and delivery of our client’s most complex and transformative programmes
- Establish personal and Deloitte brand eminence in the market with a coherent and innovative vision and in-demand offering(s) to transform regulatory and compliance functions
- Make use of your analytical skills to identify and mitigate risks and develop fit-for-purpose solutions
- Build trusted advisor relationships
- Support the professional growth, development and wellbeing of our junior colleagues
Who we are looking for
Alongside with being fluent in English;
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a global professional services firm with a focus on ethics and corporate compliance, healthcare compliance, ABC, and third-party risk management for Life Sciences industry and at least one additional regulated sector.
- Advanced degree in Compliance, Accounting, Finance, or a related field plus Accounting and Compliance related certifications.
- Experience working across multiple jurisdictions (US, EMEA, Asia Pacific).
- Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs supporting commercialisation and geographic expansion in biotech sector.
- Ability to effectively engage with people from a diverse range of cultures, technical backgrounds, seniorities, and skill sets.
