What You’ll Do
As a Process Expert, you’ll be at the heart of our Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) team, leading cross-functional projects that bring biopharma processes to life. Your mission includes:

Supporting technology transfers from process design through scale-up and commercial manufacturing.

Acting as the key interface between process donors (customers, development teams) and operations to ensure scalability and manufacturability.

Managing campaign execution, including direct customer communication, reporting of batch performance, and campaign closure.

Troubleshooting and resolving process issues in compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.

Owning documentation: compiling campaign reports, managing material change requests, and handling process-related deviations.

Driving innovation by facilitating new material implementation and optimizing existing processes.
Must-Haves

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Bioprocessing, or related field (PhD preferred).

5+ years’ experience in biopharma manufacturing or process development, ideally in Mammalian Manufacturing and MSAT.

Strong expertise in GMP environments and deep knowledge of bioprocess technology.

Proven experience in process validation, cleaning validation, material management, and deviation handling.

Fluent English; German is a strong asset.
