- Perform and be responsible for the import- & export customs clearances for technical Aircraft material
- Tender, organize, book and follow-up on shipments with Airlines and freight forwarding companies in accordance with the applicable procedures and SOP’s
- Pack and prepare shipping documents in accordance to the valid rules and regulations for Air, Road- and Seafreight
- Update shipment status information in the System
- Pick-up and deliver Material to the freight department and escort trucks to and from the gates
- Inspection, administration and storage of unserviceable parts (U/S)
- Packing of parts in accordance to the manufacturer- and ATA 300 specification
- Ensure that DG material is handled, stored and packed in accordance IATA DG regulations
- Loading and unloading of trucks
