Planning, organizing and conducting group audits either as lead auditor or as a specialist supporting the audit / Conducting financial and proceBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting or Auditing / CIA, CPA, CISA, or ACCA certification mandatory / Professional experience in multinational companies in the field of production or food as business risk manager or internal or external auditor / Knowledge of internal control systems, compliance, or business risk / Analytical, independent personality with an interest in developing further leadership skills / Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills / Open-minded and committed work style / Ability to build effective working relationships with employees at all hierarchical levels / Self-motivated and resilient / Interest in training and presenting / Willingness to travel 10 to 20% / English; German skills are an Advantage. al audits / Ad hoc projects arising from ongoing business.
