Expert Internal Audit

Aufgaben

Planning, organizing and conducting group audits either as lead auditor or as a specialist supporting the audit / Conducting financial and process audits in all areas of the group in accordance with the audit objectives and schedule / Analyzing and verifying information on internal controls, processes, and systems by interviewing specialist departments and checking data in SAP against documentation in manuals and guidelines / Providing risk-oriented advice to specialist departments with regard to the optimization of processes and systems in order to minimize risks and keep business processes lean / Monitoring the implementation of the suggested measures with the aim of improving company performance and productivity / Documentation of audit findings in meaningful audit reports, which are discussed in the audit committee as necessary and used to support the Head of Internal Audit in designing the annual plan / Collaboration in the further development of Group Internal Audit and suggestion of continuous improvements or innovations for the assigned areas and processes / Ongoing communication and development of sustainable relationships with stakeholders in the area of responsibility / Acting as a contact person for external auditors and assisting with special audits / Ad hoc projects arising from ongoing business.

Qualifikation

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting or Auditing / CIA, CPA, CISA, or ACCA certification mandatory / Professional experience in multinational companies in the field of production or food as business risk manager or internal or external auditor / Knowledge of internal control systems, compliance, or business risk / Analytical, independent personality with an interest in developing further leadership skills / Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills / Open-minded and committed work style / Ability to build effective working relationships with employees at all hierarchical levels / Self-motivated and resilient / Interest in training and presenting / Willingness to travel 10 to 20% / English; German skills are an Advantage.
