Tasks
What You’ll Do
As a Fleet and Remarketing Manager, you will play a critical role as you will manage a fast growing portfolio of more than 16'000 cars today. You will be responsible for managing a team specialised in fleet operations, logistics and refurbishment. As this department is rapidly expanding, you will be able to shape the future of Switzerland's biggest EV fleet! Your contributions will directly impact gowago’s profitability, process innovation, and strategic market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day remarketing operations, including vehicle return, refurbishment decisions, logistics coordination, and quality vehicle listings across all platforms.
- Manage all documentation, invoicing, and operational workflows related to vehicle transactions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, reduce turnaround time, and enhance partner satisfaction, including piloting new technology and service providers.
- Contribute to the evolution of internal tools (e.g., fleet scoring, automation systems) and shape the future B2C full-service leasing customer journey.
- Own pricing models and profitability for services (insurance, servicing, tyres, warranty, etc.) while managing key partnerships with service providers.
Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years experience in automotive, leasing, or a fast-paced operational or commercial role.
- Proven ability to work autonomously while managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make pricing or strategic decisions.
- Experience in managing teams
- Languages: Fluency in English and German is required; French is a strong plus.
