The Fund library team at Swiss Life Asset Managers is building the next-generation investment website, a fast, modern, and exceptional way to display financial data to potential investors and current customers alike.
Responsibilities
- We are looking for a hands-on "full stack” engineer to join the team and help deliver technical excellence for this foundational, high-impact project
- Participate in the team's daily activities both with hands-on code technical contributions
- Support other members of the team with your experience.
Experience
- Several years of Typescript experience in a browser context
- Demonstrated ability to work with the DOM, HTML and CSS in a modern web framework
- A track-record of delivering high-quality, well tested, robust code.
- Deep familiarity with modern software development workflows: linting tools, unit tests, code review, integration tests, source control, CI/CD pipelines, Docker.
- A proactive attitude towards refactoring and lowering technical debt.
- You are at home on Unix-based systems, but can deal with a Windows laptop.
- The ability to effectively work as part of a diverse team across geography, culture, and experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English, verbally and in writing.
Ideal candidates will also have experience with one or more of the following:
- Svelte
- Rust
- Python/Django
- Interacting with customers
