Focus on the formation and structuring of private market funds and in addition, collaboration on special projects / Legal support for all aspects of the process of formation of private market funds, including fund structuring, review of legal documents, investor negotiations, and management of the closing process / Legal support throughout the entire life cycle with the implementation of the legal and operational infrastructure to support fundraising and fund operations / Collaboration with product development, portfolio management as well as with the finance & accounting, tax, and compliance departments ensuring compliance with applicable tax and securities laws / Maintenance of relationships with external legal advisors / Monitoring of fund regulation in various jurisdictions / Ad hoc projects.

Master's in Law or Business Law / Postgraduate studies an advantage e.g. LL.M., CAS, etc. / Professional experience in connection with funds in the legal department of a Big Four company, at an asset manager or international law firm / Professional experience with private market funds, ideally with fund formation / Analytical, proactive personality with excellent communication skills / Team-oriented and outstanding organizational skills / Interest in multitasking with setting priorities and meeting deadlines / Solution-oriented work style including creative problem solving when weighing legal and commercial aspects / Flair for IT / Confident in using MS Office / German and English.
