The Opportunity

As an Entrepreneur in Residence (m/w/d) at Upscale you will work together with our founding team on all business-relevant topics and learn how to develop and build a company. To cope with growing customer demands we are looking for a hard-working, wickedly smart persons. As our jack of all trades, you will help out wherever problems pop up.

• Product & Strategy: joint project work with our founders on further developing our platform product, starting new products within the leading design platform in Switzerland
• Marketing & Operations Automation: improving a fully automated marketing & operations machine, checking on all our digital funnels and further develop Business Analytics and KPIs
• Business Development & Sales: improving pitch decks & customer acquisition initiatives to grow our business

This position is ideal for those who want to start a business themselves one day!

Aufgaben

• You will support the founders in strategically important key projects
• Take ownership of and manage your own projects in different fields: business development, online marketing, product, sales, operations and human resources
• You will improve our product and help us grow rapidly in the market through thoughtful market and user behavior analysis
• Support the management in business development efforts;
• Develop offline sales events including corporate and in-store designer consultations
• Create strategies for business growth (offline and online) with clear targets and timelines to completion;
• Assist in business development efforts in the property developer and B-to-B- market.

Qualifikation

• Currently pursuing a B.A. / B.Sc. / Master in Business Administration, Economics, etc. or other relevant working experience. (We don’t care too much what you studied. More important to us is that you finished your studies with good/very good grades)
• Ability to work independently with a strong entrepreneurial drive
• Digital native with very good English & German skills
• You have an insane work ethic. You work tirelessly and don’t mind going the extra mile
• Excellent communication skills and creative “out-of-the-box thinker”
• B-work Permit in Switzerland
• Working Remote but with office days in our awesome in Zurich-City
