For our important client, Italian Luxury Fashion Company, we are looking for:

RUNNER

The Runner ensures the ultimate client experience in the stores by providing sales administration and support to the sales team. Is responsible for delivering on time the required items to the Sales Associates and participates in the maintenance and stock keeping of the store.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Is responsible for delivering on time the required items to the Sales Associates

· Provides updates to the Sales Associates with respect to the order status and delivery arrangement

· Performs various administrative functions to maintain and update clientele book

· Swiftly points out to his supervisor if something is missing

· Supports the Sales Associates in keeping them updated about the store stock in order to optimize sales

· Participates in the maintenance and stock-keeping of the store

· Complies with all loss prevention procedures in order to ensure integrity of inventory

· Provides exceptional customer service by supporting the sales team in maintaining client correspondence by email, phone calls, or letters

· Develops and maintains his/her product knowledge to enhance and improve the quality of the sale

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· Commitment and strong drive to provide exceptional customer;

· Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written ; other languages are a plus;

· Strong interpersonal skills;

· Good stress management, flexibility, and adaptability;

· Ability to work in a team;

· Immediately available.
