You will join the department Strategy, Transformation & Integration where you can expect the following tasks:
- Central planning, management, and execution of the integration and transformation of Group Asset Management.

What we expect
You hold extensive senior experience in program management in the asset management industry. In addition, you are eager to drive change and lead the ongoing transformation process within the organization.
Professional qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a comparable field
- 8–10 years of senior experience in transformation within the asset management sector, ideally in an international context
- Proven expertise in best practice program- and project management methods (e.g., Prince2, PMI), PMO leadership, and management of integration projects
- Strong understanding of the asset management value chain front-to-back and TOM design and implementation delivery
- Experience in integration, transformation, change management, and communication
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes
- Fluency in English and German, French and/or Spanish are a plus
