As an experienced leader, your main responsibility will be to manage the MPA team at the Zurich Rigiplatz Kinderarzthaus paediatric clinic.

Your profile
- Diploma as a medical practice assistant (Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence - EFZ) (or equivalent qualification)
- Management experience in a similar position is an advantage
- Strong social skills, dedication, a positive attitude towards work and a touch of perfectionism
- A high level of responsibility, the ability to grasp issues quickly, a hands-on mentality and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent PC skills and general IT affinity
Your tasks
- Management of the MPA team (approx. 5 employees), including recruitment, induction, training and assessment
- Active assistance as a receptionist and MPA on site (day-to-day management, training, induction, bridging bottlenecks, etc.)
- Ensuring smooth operational procedures and problem solving in close cooperation with Management
- Optimisation and further development of operational procedures and processes
- Depending on strengths and interests, assumption of additional tasks
