Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager/Generalist to join our team in Switzerland. Primarily working for the Swiss entity but supporting the wider HR Generalist needs of the Europe HR Organisation.
As human resources professional you are responsible for managing a wide range of HR topics, collaborating closely with diverse HR stakeholders to implement policies, support employees, and ensure compliance with employment laws. HR Generalists are involved in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate or Tech industry environment.
- Knowledge of Swiss employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with a strong ability to work autonomously while partnering effectively across HR functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- German and French Language skills are a high preference
- Professional HR certification is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Passionate in Technology and AI tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Creativity in developing employee engagement initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and influence leaders, employees, and external partners.
- Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Familiarity with Swiss employment law
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update HR policies and practices to ensure compliance with Swiss labor law and other relevant regulations.
- Partner with the wider HR Ecosystem to ensure Swiss compliance and deliver a consistent and positive employee experience.
- Support various projects and initiatives, such as onboarding changes, M&A activity, and policy & process-related updates.
- Facilitate HR governance processes and maintain accurate HR information across the organization (e.g. immigration, mobility, offer governance).
- Work collaboratively and proactively with the business, local employee representative groups, and committees to support statutory and compliance requirements, fostering trusted working relationships.
- Represent Switzerland as part of the wider EMEA ONEHR team, identifying local needs, developing plans, and implementing solutions.
- Represent HR in compliance and governance committees and collaborate with stakeholders including Finance, Payroll, Procurement, and Legal.
- Deliver data-driven business insights on HR-related projects to business leaders, creating efficient and automated reports to guide policy decisions.
- Act as the main contact for crisis management and business continuity planning, including emergency response, disaster recovery, and employee well-being programs.
- Develop and manage employee engagement programs and activities, including resource groups and well-being initiatives.
- Use data for data driven conversations and providing related coaching
