IHRE AUFGABEN
Akquise, Bearbeitung und Abschluss von neuen Verkaufs- und Suchmandaten (von Wohnimmobilien)
Beratung und Betreuung der Kunden während des gesamten Verkaufsprozesses
Erarbeitung von Vermarktungsstrategien und -konzepten in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Marketing und Julius Bär
Ausbau und Pflege der Kundenbeziehungen sowie Teilnahme an Messen und Kundenveranstaltungen
Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung, den Auf- und Ausbau des Standortes Zürich/Deutschschweiz
IHR PROFIL
Kaufmännische Ausbildung und eine Weiterbildung in der Immobilienwirtschaft ist von Vorteil
Mehrjährige Verkaufs- sowie Akquisitionserfahrung mit anspruchsvoller Kundschaft und bringen einen eigenen Kundenstamm mit
Sie sind in der entsprechenden Region (Grossraum Zürich) ansässig und gut vernetzt
Proaktiver Team-Player und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und am Ausbau des bestehenden Kontaktnetzes
Initiativ, selbständig, vertrauenswürdig und arbeiten mit großem Engagement und Leidenschaft
Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen (Excel, PowerPoint und Word) sowie branchenüblichen CRM-Systemen
Einwandfreie Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
