Internal Auditor Private Banking

Aufgaben

Self-directed preparation and execution of group audits in all areas of the bank on various topics / Analysis of processes in accordance with the annual plan in order to identify and assess weaknesses and risks in the processes and internal control system (ICS) with a view to ensuring the long-term security of the bank / Final meeting with line managers, discussion of findings and, in cooperation, development of sustainable structures based on the recommendations, including early risk detection, in order to keep the banking group's processes lean and effective / Controlling optimization measures and raising awareness among line managers for sustainable risk awareness / Documenting audit results, preparing reports for the Head of Internal Audit, and presenting the most relevant findings in the audited areas / Collaborating on the development of audit methodology in the Internal Audit department, further developing the department, and monitoring trends in auditing / Supporting auditors through professional information exchange and preparing line managers for upcoming audits / Participating in group projects or committees as a representative of Internal Audit and contributing the audit opinion / Ad hoc audit projects.

Qualifikation

Master's or Bachelor' in Banking & Finance or Business Administration / CPA or CIA, possibly CISA / Professional experience in internal auditing at a bank or in an auditing firm working on banking projects / Solid knowledge of legal requirements in private banking, asset management, and fund companies / Analytical, highly independent personality with holistic thinking skills / Team-oriented team player and strong customer focus / Ability to perform optimally under time pressure and remain focused on goals / Solution-oriented, pragmatic working style with responsibility and conscientiousness / Business fluent in dealing with senior management / IT flair and knowledge of data analytics / German and English, other languages welcome.
