Joining the Financial Accounting Excellence team, you will assist in designing and implementing new processes and systems, as well as steering SWISS' global financial accounting operations. Furthermore, you will help to drive a new management system (OKR – Objectives and Key Results).
- Design, develop and implement best-in class processes and solutions in close collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Support the team to analyze & steer the accounts payables & accounts receivables processes provided by our shared service centers located in (Krakow, Manila, Mexico).
- Record and illustrate processes.
- (Co-) Manage initiatives & projects in financial accounting from planning through implementation.
- Support different OKR initiatives (Objectives and Key results; Management Methodology).
