You bring a broad background that emphasizes communicational, organizational and analytical skills. In addition, you will support running projects and have the chance to get a glimpse into the day-to-day tasks of a global airline operation.
- Lead or support continuous improvement projects for the entire department
- Assist in implementing new processes within our department with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in designing workshops from the initial stakeholder requirements to final execution
- Support the the Ops Performance Management & Development team in their business administrative tasks (e.g., preparation of presentations and analyses, organization of management meetings and facilitation)
