For our client, a renowned private bank in Zurich, we are seeking a young and ambitious professional for a newly created and exclusive position within a small Regulatory Compliance team of three.

This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-quality banking environment and to actively contribute to a regulatory project of several months' duration, starting approximately in March.

• Support in market conduct matters, including the review and analysis of alerts generated by internal systems
• Assistance in preparing reports for quarterly committees, with a focus on market conduct, FIDLEG, and cross-border activities
• Verification of requirements for the reclassification of clients from retail to professional under FIDLEG
• Support in clarifying internal questions related to FIDLEG and market conduct
• General collaboration in day-to-day Regulatory Compliance activities, under supervision

• Fluent in German and English
• Spanish and/or Portuguese are a strong advantage
• Interest in regulatory topics and the financial services industry
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Able to work independently within a small, specialized team

Workload: 60-70%
