The Consolidated Supervision team is part of the Non-Financial Risk Control Department based in Zurich and oversees the implementation of the Global Minimum Standards (Global Minimum Standard – GMS) and Global Minimum Controls (Global Minimum Control – GMC) in Switzerland as well as in all international locations. The team is responsible for the Group Internal Control Framework as well as for the implementation of the Global Minimum Control (GMC) within the entities of the Group. The team acts as the center of competence for internal controls and provides support to the international locations in the implementation of their local frameworks.YOUR CHALLENGE
Provide guidance on the Internal Control framework and the Internal Control tool to stakeholders in Switzerland and in international locations for the implementation of relevant local key controls and the reporting of control results
Consolidate input from international locations regarding Global Minimum Control (GMC) applicability, implementation, and results for presentation to relevant committees, key stakeholders, Risk Type Owners, and Senior Management
Drive regular control-related processes within the Operational Risk Framework (e.g., Global Minimum Control (GMC) reviews, Design and Operating Effectiveness self-assessments
Support the maintenance and enhancement of the internal control system (including drafting business requirements, participating in testing activities, and conducting user training)
Manage the Global Minimum Control (GMC) deviation and non-applicability workflow tool and associated processes
Support the rollout and implementation of the Global Minimum Control (GMC) in newly established or acquired entities of the Group
YOUR PROFILE
University degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in economics, business administration, or finance
Ideally 3–5 years of professional experience in the private banking sector, preferably within Compliance, Risk, Audit, or Control functions, or with a management consulting firm
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication skills
Skill to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Ability to remain focused on objectives with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
Outstanding analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
