Junior/Senior Consultant (f/m/d, 80-100%)

Intelliact AG is a spin-off of ETH Zurich and has never lost its start-up ethos in almost 25 years of existence. Our goal is to help companies from various industries (e.g. mechanical engineering, plant construction, trade, etc.) to generate added value from product data. In addition to designing and implementing established PDM & PLM solutions, we think one step ahead and develop innovative, customer-specific web solutions (business productivity apps, B2B commerce and collaboration) with the best possible user experience.

Tasks

• Comprehensive consulting for customers (focus on mechanical/plant engineering) in the conception, evaluation, introduction and expansion of PLM systems. Based on the corporate strategy, you will draw up the action plan and develop the corresponding detailed concepts with the customer. In cooperation with the customer, providers and implementation companies, you will accompany and manage the implementation of the projects.
• Carrying out product, process and IT analyses at the customer's premises, developing CAx/PDM/ERP concepts, working out the requirements for the systems and coordinating the subsystems; evaluating suitable solutions, project planning/coaching the introduction and extensions.
• The aim is to build up your own field of application with independent customer responsibility and thus to help shape the Intelliact AG service catalog.
• An experienced PLM consultant will introduce and train you. You will work on site at the customer's premises, in the office in Zurich and remotely.

Requirements profile

We are looking for a motivated candidate with the following qualities:

• Enthusiasm for the application of IT in mechanical engineering and/or a sound understanding of the processes in mechanical engineering companies.
• Engineering studies in the fields of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or computer science with corresponding additional knowledge are the ideal prerequisites.
• Knowledge of CAD, PDM/PLM or ERP tools is an advantage.
• When dealing with customers, advisory skills, seriousness, a sense of responsibility and a confident manner are required. - Structured, methodical work and a sense of entrepreneurship are key to success.
• Good communication skills and command of the German language
