P&C Reinsurance is Swiss Re's largest Business Unit, spanning four exciting lines of business: Property, Casualty, Specialty, and Facultative. As part of our Graduate Programme, you'll join the Global Facultative Market Unit. You'll become part of a truly international and diverse team of around 90 colleagues across EMEA locations, where team spirit isn't just a slogan — it's how we work every day.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements

• A successfully completed university degree (Bachelor, Master, or PhD) — preferably in Economics, Engineering, Science, or equivalent work experience
• Genuine interest and motivation to build a career in Property, Casualty, or Specialty Reinsurance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and maintain high attention to detail
• Clear and confident communicator, comfortable engaging with clients, brokers, and senior colleagues
• A team player with a positive, collaborative mindset, who can also work independently when needed
• Curious and innovative, eager to take initiative, learn quickly, and take ownership of tasks
• Excited by the opportunity to work in a truly international and multicultural environment
• Excellent oral and written English; additional languages are a plus (especially French, Spanish, or Italian)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Copilot)

The base salary range for this position will be shared with you during the interview process.
