WeРђЎre looking for a Lead Analytics Engineer to join our dynamic Data & AI Solutions Team Рђћ someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, architecture, and AI innovation.
In this role, youРђЎll shape data projects end-to-end Рђћ from scoping and design to implementation and delivery Рђћ bringing Data Products to life and guiding our journey into the world of agentic AI workflows .
ЪїЪ What YouРђЎll Do

• Take ownership of analytics initiatives across their full lifecycle Рђћ from raw data to production-ready insights.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines , models , and analytics systems that power decision-making and AI-driven applications.
• Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to translate complex challenges into data-first solutions.
• Explore and prototype agentic AI workflows , leveraging LLMs beyond traditional chatbot use cases.
• Provide technical leadership , mentorship, and guidance across our analytics and engineering teams.
• Be the Рђюjack of all tradesРђЮ who can pivot between architecture, coding, modeling, and problem-solving as projects evolve.

ЪДа What WeРђЎre Looking For

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics , or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 7 years working across the full data lifecycle Рђћ from engineering and analytics to architecture and AI/ML deployment.
• Expertise in SQL and Python , plus experience with modern data platforms such as dbt, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, and Kafka .
• Familiarity with LLMs and ideally hands-on exposure to agentic or autonomous AI workflows .
• A broad technical toolkit and a curiosity for emerging technologies.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and storytelling skills Рђћ able to simplify the complex.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
