Your future starts here
As a Lead Developer, you work closely with the team to drive the development of several of our trust products. You analyze and evaluate current developments, ensure the expected quality, and make sure our products follow the roadmap. Your focus is on successfully bringing trust products to market. Variety and technical pioneering spirit define your work as you develop innovative solutions and concepts for a future-proof digital identity for businesses.
You are an active part of the FinTech & Wallet growth area and have significant creative freedom in developing and implementing new concepts.
You have the opportunity to significantly shape the trust product landscape.
You prepare decision-making foundations for proofs of concept and initiatives developed together with internal and external partners.
You collaborate closely with strategic and technical organizational units and act as a technical consultant.
You actively contribute to the implementation of our trust products by working with our interdisciplinary team to achieve digital trust milestones.
Your skills
Degree (University/ETH/FH) in Business Informatics, IT, or an equivalent qualification, along with several years of experience in product development and team leadership.
Solid knowledge in digital identities, identity wallets, and international standards; affinity for new technologies such as DIDs and digital signatures.
Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly – even to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in project and stakeholder management: setting priorities, making decisions, and implementing them.
High motivation and strong team spirit to advance FinTech, Digital Trust, and Digital Business topics; visionary and strategic thinking.
Excellent language skills in German or French and English; additional languages are an advantage.
