Legal Counsel Derivatives and Collateral Agreements

Legal assessment, drafting, structuring and negotiation of derivative and collateral contracts (especially ISDA/CSA agreements) and related financial documentation / Maintenance and optimisation of existing contracts, including drafting and amending of the necessary term sheets, fact sheets, brochures and other necessary legal clarifications / Review of financial products and complex financial transactions / Legal advice on national and international derivative market law issues / Work closely with and advise the Product, Portfolio Management and Risk Management as well as Operations on Derivatives & Collateral Management matters / Monitor and implement national and international legal and regulatory developments related to OTC matters (e.g. EMIR/Dodd Frank).

Master in Law / Swiss Bar exam, an advantage / Experience as a derivatives in-house counsel in the financial industry / Motivated proactive approach / Ability to identify and analyse issues and resolve them in a timely manner / Project management skills / Ability to cope simultaneously with different tasks in a dynamic international environment / Strong cross-functional team focus / Ability to work well under pressure / Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills for building relationships with internal clients as well as external counterparties / Excellent drafting skills / Fluency in German and English.
