• Ensure timely completion and delivery of maintenance tasks on customer aircraft at SR Technics, adhering to contracted services and meeting customer expectations.
• Conduct inspections, repairs, modifications, and component replacements as authorized and in accordance with your training level.
• Maintain open communication with customer liaison engineers, MCC, and customer service representatives to keep them informed of all developments.
• Take responsibility for the quality of work performed by yourself and your team.
• Adhere to regulatory rules and regulations.
• Maintain the equipment, tools, and facilities under your responsibility at an acceptable standard, promptly reporting any discrepancies to the relevant departments, both internal and external to the company.
• Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and quality in the industry.
• Enhance your work environment by complying with continuous improvement standards.
• Implement 5S principles in your workplace, including the office, equipment, and storage areas.
• Perform other duties as required from time to time.
• Work day shifts.

• Prior experience in an Aviation MRO environment
• Hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance and repair, holding a valid EASA Part 66 License B1 or B2
• Hold relevant type ratings
• Strong emphasis on customer focus, both internal and external
• Effective collaboration skills within a team and the ability to work independently across all organizational levels
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation
• Proficient in English (written and oral)
• Adaptable and available for night shifts and weekends
• Maintain good physical condition
• Holder of a valid driver’s license enabling airside driving in Switzerland
