Manager/Senior Controller for Market Data Services / PE Funds

Aufgaben

Understand the business goals of private equity fund investment and evolve correspondent IT services in the area of fund controlling for private equity fund portfolio companies / Understand the needs for growing data volumes, data extraction, tight schedules defined by contracts, quality expectations, etc. of data-driven portfolio monitoring operations / Using technical expertise to lead a team to achieve continuous service improvements through automation and process optimization for private market investments in accordance with best practices of the fund industry, including ensuring compliance with set deadlines for internal stakeholders and investors / Assess and mitigate service risks and act as the point of contact for risk-related matters such as audits and risk assessments / Manage, monitor, and report on performance, operational metrics, and quality / Ongoing communicate with all stakeholders / Ad hoc projects.

Qualifikation

Master’ or Bachelor’s Business Administration or Business Informatics / CFA, CAIA, or equivalent certification / Experience in leading teams and positively encouraging and motivating employees / Several years of professional experience of private equity markets, ideally as a fund controller / Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks / Knowledge of funds and fund of funds structures as well as investment processes, including timelines, and private markets data models / In-depth expertise in investment metrics and operational KPIs for funds and portfolios / Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work with various stakeholders / Team oriented team player with capability to work independently / Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability / Ability to recognize synergies / Strong affinity for IT, knowledge of Investran, SimCorp , etc. and ideally experience with ITIL service management frameworks / English and German.
