If outbound demand generation is your craft and GTM stacks are your toolkit, this is your opportunity to make a big impact in a high-growth scale-up. We already have a powerful GTM stack with Clay at its core - now we’re looking for you to own it, optimize it, and take it further for our core European markets and beyond.

About Benetics AI

Benetics AI is the #1 digital tool for the doers on construction sites. Our app is used by around 200 trade and construction companies in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, and the USA.

We’re a fast-growing scale-up based in Zurich, transforming the construction industry with real impact for the people who work on-site every day. Among other things, we developed the first AI voice assistant for construction sites - and with Benetics AI, the first digital application that construction workers genuinely enjoy using in their daily work.

Tasks

Design & Build Sequences

  • Research target audiences based on our IPC profile, segment cohorts and create high-converting outbound email & LinkedIn sequences.
  • Adapt messaging based on market signals, persona pain points, and campaign goals.

Lead Sourcing & Data Enrichment

  • Use tools like Clay, NorthData, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, scraping tools, and others to build high-quality lead lists.
  • Apply filters and signals (tech stack, recent hires, job postings) to identify best-fit accounts.

Campaign Setup & Automation

  • Set up campaigns in Smartlead, Lemlist or similar tools.
  • Integrate lead flows between tools (e.g. Clay, Smartlead, Sales Rep, CRM).

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor open, reply, and conversion rates; troubleshoot low-performing sequences.
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, hooks and CTAs.
  • Iterate regularly to improve performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Clay (mandatory); as a plus: experience with Lemlist, Smartlead, Heyreach, SQL, industry directories or other lead data sources.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales metrics and how to optimize them.
  • You can craft concise, persona-specific messaging in German and English, with German at native level and very good English; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Curiosity to explore new ideas, tools, and approaches - and the drive to put them into action.
