Officer Tax Compliance (FATCA/CRS)

Aufgaben

Ensuring compliance with the regulations for tax compliance of the Common Reporting Standard (CRS), the Foreign Accounts Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), the Qualified Intermediary (QI) and supervising tax compliance throughout the banking group / Monitoring the life cycles of CRS/FATCA/QI, observing regulatory developments and implementing changes in the systems where necessary / Analysing and evaluating tax compliance status and ensuring that it meets customers' personal, tax and legal obligations / Continuously reviewing and, if necessary, adjusting bank policies, procedures and forms / Conducting trainings, giving presentations and promoting awareness of tax risks / Providing assistance with external tax audits and cooperating with tax authorities / Committee work.

Qualifikation

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration or Taxation / Tax Expert, LL.M. or CAS certifications are an advantage / Professional experience in international private banking, trust or consulting (Big 4, law firm) / Very good knowledge of CRS and FATCA/QI regulations / Knowledge of automatic exchange of information DAC6 (AEOI/AIA), money laundering FATCA Section 871(m), tax evasion StGB knowledge § 305bis, and the OECD standard for crypto transactions (CARF) / Very good knowledge of tax reporting (FATCA/QI/CRS) / Knowledge of investment products and their taxation / Knowledge of customer lifecycle compliance, including inheritance (onboarding, KYC, AML) / Analytical, communicative, team-oriented and assertive personality / High level of initiative and sense of responsibility / Interest in imparting knowledge through training courses or presentations / Very good knowledge of English and German and/or French.
