YOUR CHALLENGE

• Aufsetzung neuer Funds in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product & Provider Mgmt Team

• Anbindung neuer Depotbanken und Brokers, Aufsetzung der Trading- und Settlement-Infrastruktur (BJB-Applikationen, Bloomberg AIM, Triple’A, etc.)

• Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Steigerung der Skalierbarkeit und Effizienz (robotergestützte Prozessautomatisierung)

• Settlement Überwachung der durch das Portfolio Management gehandelten Finanzinstrumente

• Verbuchung von Rücknahmen und Zeichnungen

• Tägliche Abstimmung der Fundpositionen mit Drittparteien weltweit

• Unterstützung der Portfolio Manager(-innen) im Tagesgeschäft

• Erteilung von Cash Transfers und Forex Trades

• Abwicklung und Überwachung von Corporate Actions

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Depotbanken und Funds Leitungen

YOUR PROFILE

Für diese spannende und abwechslungsreiche Funktion suchen wir eine Kollegin oder einen Kollegen, welcher(r) die folgenden Voraussetzungen mitbringt:

• Banklehre oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Wertschriftenhandel (Settlement oder spezifisches Funds Knowhow von Vorteil)

• Selbständige, exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

• Rasche Auffassungsgabe und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

• Vernetztes- und analytisches Denkvermögen und rasche Auffassungsgabe

• Starke Problemlösungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

• Belastbare und agile Persönlichkeit, Teamplayer

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
